The generous donations from these institutions and individuals to NAFGEM has supported a number of programmes and support systems. They have funded community sensitization and awareness campaigns, school programs to say ‘NO’ to FGM, the training of ex-circumcisers, the construction of safe shelters and day care centres, anti-FGM radio programmes, women’s socio-economic empowerment, girls’ protection, and education. Some funding also paid for administrative costs, transportation, communication, office rent, staff benefits, and equipment.

NAFGEM would like to extend its sincere thanks to all those who have and continue to support us. Without your commitment we could not be able to work towards our goal of eradicating FGM, child marriage and gender-based violence. We would greatly appreciate any further financial or material contributions from individuals and institutions committed to preserving the dignity of women and girls.
