The generous donations from the above institutions and individuals contributed to institutional and specific program support. They helped fund community sensitization and awareness campaigns, school programs to say ‘NO’ to FGM, identification and training of ex-circumcisers, construction of safe shelters and day care centers, anti-FGM radio programmes, women’s socio-economic empowerment, girls’ protection, and education sponsorship. Some funding paid for administrative costs, transportation, communication, office rent, staff benefits, and equipment.

NAFGEM greatly appreciates all those who provided us with support, without their commitment we could realize our main purpose. We wish to welcome any additional financial or material contributions from individuals and institutions committed to women and girls’ dignity.
